We are not planning consultants or architects, however, if its pragmatic advice you need, afforable and detailed planning or build regulations drawings or someone to act as your agent and guide you through the entire process including submitting applications and liasing with your local authority we do know someone who can.

We work closely with NMW Design which was established in 2008 by Nigel Ward ICIOB to provide a professional, cost effective architectural design service to residential house builders and private clients.

Nigel is an Incorporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has over 30 years architectural design experience. He has worked for a number of national house builders in senior managerial positions prior to establishing NMW Design. Nigel has experience of working on residential projects ranging in size from bespoke plots to developments in excess of 500 houses, as well as commercial and retail projects.

NMW Design utilises the latest industry standard CAD software to ensure dimensional accuracy and presentation quality. We also utilize a number of other software packages including Microsoft Office and Google Sketchup for 3D Modelling. We work closely with selective consultants such as structural engineers, energy assessors quantity surveyors and landscape architects to provide our clients with a comprehensive, seamless service.
